Maintenance Electrician

• Installation and Maintenance:Installing new electrical systems, components, and equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance on existing systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing electrical problems, identifying faulty equipment, and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to strict safety regulations and procedures related to electrical work, including using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Reading and Interpreting Technical Documents:Understanding and working with electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Working with Various Equipment:Familiarity with a wide range of electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, control panels, PLCs, and other industrial machinery.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and any safety-related incidents.
• Collaboration:Working effectively with other maintenance personnel, production staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems and processes.
• Specific to Food Industry:
• Sanitation Requirements: Adhering to strict sanitation protocols when working in food processing areas, ensuring cleanliness and preventing contamination.
• Hygienic Design: Understanding the principles of hygienic design in food processing equipment and ensuring electrical systems are installed and maintained to meet these standards.
• Process Control Systems: Working with automated systems and process control equipment that are specific to food production.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
