Install, upgrade, and maintain z/OS, including RACF, JES2, VTAM, TCP/IP, HCD, and WLM Customize and support IBM and OEM software products Perform SMP/E tasks and manage product PTFs Develop and maintain REXX scripts, JCL, and assembler routines Monitor and optimize system performance proactively Enhance system automation and monitoring capabilities Maintain system robustness and support DR solutions Primary Skills Strong expertise in SMP/E for software installation and maintenance Proficiency in REXX, Assembler, and JCL In-depth knowledge of WLM, RMF, HCD, and CA Products Experience in performance troubleshooting in z/OS environments Hands-on experience with multi-CPU and Sysplex environments Proficient in VTAM/TCPIP network administration Familiarity with Mainframe storage systems, replication, and tools like CSM Experience with Top Secret/ACF2/RACF security administration Secondary Skills Working knowledge of subsystems such as DB2, ADABAS, IMS, CICS Experience with disk initialization, file reorganization, and SMS definitions Familiarity with Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing Understanding of SCRT reporting and vendor compliance
