About Client Hiring for One of Our Multinational Corporations Job Description Job Title: Mainframe Developer (TSO) Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant Experience: 6 10 years Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies, especially TSO Excellent communication skills to work with business users, development, QA, infrastructure, interfacing teams, and third-party vendors Proven development and support experience in complex enterprise environments Leadership qualities to guide teams, estimate components, review deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations End-to-end ownership of application portfolios Willingness to work the specified shift timing and participate in on-call rotation Good to Have Skills: Experience with Mainframe modernization programs Exposure or hands-on experience with APIs and integration services Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the primary owner of a set of critical applications Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive implementation Guide and mentor junior team members Ensure smooth support operations and proactively resolve issues Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis Maintain documentation, adhere to process guidelines, and meet SLAs Location: Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate joiners only Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Mode of Interview: Virtual Mode of Work: Work from Office – 5 days a week -- Thanks & Regards Nushiba Taniya M Black and White Business Solutions Pvt.Ltd.
