Description

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with expertise in CICS to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mainframe technologies and a passion for developing robust applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using CICS technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Create technical documentation for developed applications and systems.

Skills and Qualifications

4-12 years of experience in mainframe development.
Proficiency in CICS (Customer Information Control System).
Strong knowledge of COBOL programming language.
Experience with JCL (Job Control Language) and VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method).
Familiarity with DB2 database management system.
Understanding of mainframe architecture and operating systems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
