Job Requirements

Extensive experience with major tools in a toolkit for specific application products.
Proven delivery skills demonstrating the ability to meet time, cost, and quality parameters proactively managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Experience with all major development and delivery phases and activities.
Strong understanding of complex applications in mainframe technology, particularly in CAMS & HOGAN applications.
Functional knowledge in the Payment & Cards industry is an added advantage.
Participation in the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects.
Exposure to E2E design is beneficial.
Experience in IMS is advantageous.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Demonstrate risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.

Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc.) to solve problems creatively and effectively.
