Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support and manage Mainframe systems including CA Jobtrac and IBM IWS.
Design, install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot batch and operations systems.
Collaborate with various technical teams, data center service providers, and applications teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work independently with application teams to provide consulting and drive the resolution of technical issues.
Ensure high availability and reliability of batch processes and related operations.

Experience Requirement:

5-10 yeras of experience with CA Jobtrac, IBM IWS, and Mainframe batch processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on mainframe environments.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-team collaboration effectively.
