Job Description

Experience : 6 to 12 Years

Skillset : Mainfarme CICS

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kochi / Mumbai

Must Have:

Candidate must have overall 5 - 10 years of experience in application development on IBM Mainframe Tech stack JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ.
Conversant with Mainframe Tools – Control-M Scheduler, ChangeMan, Xpeditor, Abend Aid etc
Be proactive to stay 100% productive and independently deliver on technical changes.
Good Communication Skill required to work with DBAs, Infrastructure Admins and Cross LOB Application SMEs to testing coordination

Good to Have:

Working Experience in Mainframe Cost Reduction, Performance Tuning, Migration programs and modernization.
Knowledge of Investment Banking Domain - Post trade - including Cash payments
Agile practices (SCRUM, JIRA workflow)

Essential:

Should be able to take up the ownership and complete the end to end testing activities of the developed components.
Should be able to do impact analysis independently.
Develop and maintain documentation for load balancing policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
