Job Description: Magic XPA Subject Matter Expert (SME) Job Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai/ Kolkata Responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Magic XPA technology. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for projects involving Magic XPA. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with specifications and standards. Create and deliver training sessions to enhance the teams knowledge and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with various teams to address customer needs and issues. Conduct thorough research to stay updated on changes in Magic XPA technology. Review and approve project documentation for accuracy and completeness. Requirements: Extensive experience with Magic XPA technology. Strong understanding of industry trends and developments. Excellent communication skills to effectively share technical insights. Ability to lead and mentor project teams. Problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges. Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Transcend application or similar technologies. Proven track record of successful project outcomes in Magic XPA.
