About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to handle Blister Packing and Sachet Filling Machines in our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing unit. The role ensures smooth operations, product quality, and compliance with GMP and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Blister Machine Operations (Alu-Alu / Alu-PVC):

• Operate and monitor blister packing machines as per SOPs.
• Set up machines (temperature, forming, sealing, coding adjustments).
• Conduct in-process quality checks for sealing, print clarity, and cutting alignment.
• Perform batch changeovers efficiently and record all production data in BPRs.
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and maintain GMP compliance.

Sachet Machine Operations (Powder / Liquid Line):

• Operate sachet filling and sealing machines for powder or liquid products.
• Adjust fill weights, sealing temperature, and cutting accuracy as required.
• Ensure proper print registration and consistent sealing quality.
• Conduct in-process checks for weight, seal integrity, and batch code accuracy.
• Maintain machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and documentation logs.

Common Duties:

• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace as per GMP and hygiene protocols.
• Report deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Participate in GMP, safety, and operational training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, or 12th pass with experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical packaging (Blister & Sachet Line).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Blister packing (Alu-Alu / Alu-PVC) and sachet filling (powder/liquid) machines
• Batch coding, nitrogen flushing, sealing & cutting systems
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Soft Skills:
• Attention to detail and GMP compliance
• Teamwork and time management
• Good documentation and communication skills

Working Conditions:

• GMP-controlled cleanroom environment
• PPE and hygiene protocol compliance mandatory
• Rotational shifts as per production schedule

Production Supervisor / Packaging Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nevasa, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)
