Job Title: *Machine Operator* Location: [Turbhe , Navi Mumbai] Experience: 6 months to 1 year Employment Type: Full-time *Job Summary* : Pack8 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery and a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. *Key Responsibilities* : Operate and monitor packaging/manufacturing machines as per standard operating procedures. Set up machinery and ensure all settings are correctly calibrated for each production run. Perform routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. Load raw materials into the machine and oversee the packaging/output process. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to company standards. Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the maintenance or supervisor team immediately. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed. Keep records of production output and report discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly. *Requirements* : 6 months + of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or packaging unit. Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and safety practices. Ability to read and understand machine manuals/instructions. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during shifts. *Preferred Qualifications* : ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering (optional but preferred). Prior experience in the packaging industry will be an added advantage.
