Accounts Payable Specialist (UK Accounting Standards) Location : 205-207, 2nd floor, DBS Business Centre, Prescot Rd, next to Young Ladies Girls High School, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001 Walk in date Date: 30th May 2025, 31st May, and 2nd June 2025 Company Name: Infinzi Reference Name: Sakshi Responsibilities: Accurately process a high volume of supplier invoices and credit notes Match, batch, and code invoices per company procedures Ensure approvals follow our authorisation matrix Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (BACS, CHAPS) Respond to supplier queries and maintain vendor relationships Assist with month-end close: accruals, ledger reconciliations Manage the AP inbox and ensure accurate VAT application per HMRC Support audits by providing required documentation Keep financial records accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For: Solid understanding of UK VAT rules and accounting standards Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience with finance systems (mention software if specific) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
