Machine Maintenance Technician

As a Machine Maintenance Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery across our branches. Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly maintenance checks, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and offering on-demand solutions at various locations. You should possess expertise in mechanical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Your key responsibilities will involve performing periodic inspections of machines, minimizing downtime by repairing malfunctioning machinery, ensuring machines operate at peak performance through preventive maintenance, offering technical support to branches, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, collaborating with branch managers to prioritize tasks, monitoring equipment functionality post-servicing, providing training to branch staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and suggesting improvements in machinery and processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician, a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent problem-solving skills, willingness to travel to different branch locations, good communication skills, the ability to read technical manuals and schematics, and a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred). Additionally, knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in machine maintenance will be beneficial. This is a full-time position requiring a total of 5 years of work experience.
