Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  machine learning models and algorithms

  for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation.
• Work with

  large datasets

  , preprocess data, and apply feature engineering.
• Build and optimize

  deep learning models

  using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Deploy ML models into production using

  APIs, cloud platforms, or MLOps pipelines

  .
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance continuously.
• Research new techniques in

  NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative AI

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines

  .

Technical Skills Required

• Strong programming skills in

  Python / R / Java / C++

  .
• Proficiency in ML frameworks:

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training

  .
• Knowledge of

  NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommendation Systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)

  .
• Cloud ML deployment:

  AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI

  .
• MLOps knowledge:

  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Understanding of

  mathematics & statistics (linear algebra, probability, optimization)

  .

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

• B.Tech/B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / BCA in CS/IT/Data Science/AI.
• Projects or internships in ML/AI preferred.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

For Experienced (1–10+ Years):

• Proven experience in building and deploying ML solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience with production-grade ML systems and pipelines.
• Contribution to research papers or open-source projects (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking and creativity in problem-solving.
• Ability to explain ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Continuous learning mindset in fast-evolving AI field.

Salary Range

• Freshers:

  ₹5 LPA – ₹9 LPA.

• Mid-Level (2–5 years):

  ₹10 LPA – ₹20 LPA.

• Senior ML Engineers (6–10+ years):

  ₹20 LPA – ₹40+ LPA.
