Job Summary Bluphlux is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our innovative team. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI algorithms that revolutionize the recruitment process. You will work on cutting-edge projects that leverage Language Models (LLMs) to improve the efficiency and accuracy of resume ranking against job descriptions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement NLP models to enhance our recruitment platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Optimize and fine-tune language models for improved performance and accuracy. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights for product improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in machine learning and NLP projects. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with language models and natural language processing techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills PhD in a relevant field is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR technologies. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
