Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide support for SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Utilize Jira and Service Now for issue tracking and resolution management.
Implement and manage SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
Assist in the deployment of SAP solutions and upgrades.
Maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to SAP support.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA support
Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) for monitoring and incident management
Experience using Service Now and Jira for ticketing, incident, and change management
Basic understanding of ABAP for debugging and issue analysis
Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage
Strong understanding of SAP application support processes
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues efficiently
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with functional and technical teams
