Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and open-source frameworks to build transformative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product development as a subject matter expert in Generative AI.
• Develop scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions that adhere to responsible AI practices.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Work with cloud solutions and external partners to deliver optimal AI solutions.
• Engage in research and development of sequential modeling and deep learning architectures, including Transformers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in a dynamic environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms and AI/ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Python programming for AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure for scalable AI solutions
• Understanding of Core Java is a plus
• Ability to design, optimize, and deploy ethical and responsible AI solutions
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
