Machine Learning Associate Advisor

You will be working as a Machine Learning Associate Advisor at Evernorth, a company dedicated to elevating health for all by providing affordable, predictable, and simple healthcare solutions. As part of the team in the Innovation Hub in India, you will play a crucial role in developing GenAI/Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks. As a Machine Learning Associate Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Open Source, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks to build transformative solutions. You will work on developing scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions that align with responsible AI practices. Your work will have a direct impact on millions of customers, members, and employers who rely on Cigna's healthcare services daily. - Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks to build transformative solutions - Work with Product Development as an AI subject matter expert to develop scalable, resilient, ethical AI solutions - Optimize generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency - Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation - Experience working with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning - Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field - Extensive experience in research with sequential modelling or generative AI, deep learning architectures, and Transformers - Programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python, computer vision, self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning - Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills - Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively,
