We are hiring for Urgent basis machine operator reputed firm swastik poha (since 1992) Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate and monitor food production and packaging machinery, ensuring proper setup and functioning. Adjust settings on machines based on production specifications (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure). Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are functioning optimally. Quality Control: Inspect products during production to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct tests, measurements, and inspections on raw materials, finished products, and in-process materials. Report any defects or inconsistencies in the product to the supervisor. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve minor problems to minimize downtime. Assist maintenance teams with major repairs or maintenance activities. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure that all safety equipment is in place and used properly. Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents. Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain production logs, including machine settings, production output, downtime, and quality control issues. Ensure all data is accurately recorded for compliance and performance tracking. Collaboration: Work with other operators, production staff, and management to ensure smooth production processes. Participate in training programs and stay updated with new machine features or technology. Assist in training new operators as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Education: B.E, M.E, Diploma mechanical ,Electrical. Fresher are welcome Technical Skills: Familiarity with food processing machinery and packaging equipment. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
