RUBRIKS - JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: macOS Support Specialist Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 6+ years in MAC IT support Work Mode: Work from Office Level: Technical Support Job Summary: We are hiring a macOS Support Specialist with proven experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting Apple macOS environments in enterprise settings. This role is dedicated solely to supporting Mac systems and Apple-related services, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for users. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced support for macOS systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS hardware, system performance, applications, file access, and user settings. Deliver day-to-day support for enterprise apps on macOS. Assist with Apple encryption, access issues, and authentication. Manage administrative tasks such as user permissions, group access, and mailbox assignments for Mac users. Provide direct, high-touch support for VPs and executive-level staff, ensuring swift issue resolution and professional handling. Securely erase Apple laptops and assist with device recovery or repurposing processes. Coordinate with hardware vendors for Mac-related repairs and replacements. Monitor tickets and service quality, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of Mac assets, assist in procurement coordination, and support regular IT audits. Share macOS knowledge with team members and contribute to internal documentation and process improvements. Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting. Knowledge of Mac hardware components, system logs, crash reports, and diagnostic tools. Familiarity with secure data handling. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in macOS support Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. users. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Capable of working independently and prioritizing support requests effectively.
