Platform Support: Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
User Enablement: Help onboard users to M365 tools, troubleshoot basic issues, and support adoption initiatives.
Security & Compliance: Learn and support M365 security features such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Automation & Scripting: Gain exposure to PowerShell scripting and Power Automate for task automation and workflow creation.
Monitoring & Reporting: Use tools like Microsoft Admin Center, Defender for Office 365, and compliance portals to monitor service health and generate reports.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
