M365 Engineer

Location:

Lower Parel

Experience:

Min. 3 years’ experienceThe L2 Support Engineer handles escalated issues from L1, performing advanced troubleshooting and configuration for M365 services while collaborating with other teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve complex issues related to Azure AD (e.g., conditional access policies, MFA setup), Exchange Online (e.g., mailbox permissions, mail flow rules), and Intune (e.g., compliance policies, app deployment).
Troubleshoot and resolve OneDrive sync issues, SharePoint site permissions, and Teams configuration problems.
Configure and manage Microsoft Defender policies and investigate security alerts.
Assist with M365 tenant configurations and minor migrations.
Collaborate with L3 engineers for advanced issues and root cause analysis.
Document solutions and update knowledge base articles.
Provide training and guidance to L1 engineers.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years focused on M365.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and Intune.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-102 or equivalent) preferred.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with hybrid environments (e.g., on-premises AD with Azure AD Connect).
