Job Description

As a Programme Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing new products or enhancing existing ones. You will lead teams, work closely with Product, and ensure all new products are thoroughly conceptualized, approved, and developed. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading programs to develop new products or improve existing ones - Collaborating with Product to draft Product Requirements and conduct product walkthrough discussions - Tracking new product pipeline and setting up a governance mechanism for approvals - Obtaining signoffs from various departments like Legal, Risk Ops, Finance, and Merchant Onboarding for new product development - Managing the governance mechanism and maintaining action items, challenges, and risks for all new products - Providing status reports to the senior Executives and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels - Working with Business teams for quarterly planning, requirement gathering, and product-tech planning To excel in this role, you should possess: - Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and change management principles - Proficiency in MS Office and program/project management software like MS Project - Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Prior experience (5-7 years) in Program/Project Management in a Product-based organization - Ability to tailor communications for different audiences and make decisions on agile vs. traditional methodologies Additionally, you will be expected to think holistically, identify efficiency opportunities, and provide visibility to the leadership team through reviews and updates. You should be able to communicate compellingly and adapt your communication style for different audiences.
