Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage counter sales operations to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized service.
  • Maintain knowledge of luxury brands, watches, jewelry, sunglasses, bags, and accessories to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in retail or related field (counter sales).
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for building customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
