In this front-facing role, you will be the trusted advisor to customers seeking elegant and meaningful jewelry pieces. From guiding clients through collections to closing high-value purchases, you’ll help deliver an elevated shopping experience that reflects the sophistication and heritage of our brand. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and interact warmly with every client, providing a tailored and attentive experience from entry to purchase. Jewelry Consultation: Understand each customer’s preferences, budget, and occasion to recommend suitable jewelry designs and collections. Product Expertise: Share detailed insights about stones, metals, craftsmanship, care, and maintenance to educate and inspire trust in buyers. Sales Execution: Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in billing, packaging, and after-sales care. Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits. Visual Merchandising: Support store presentation efforts, ensuring displays are neat, inviting, and aligned with brand aesthetics. Market Awareness: Keep up with the latest trends in fashion and fine jewelry to provide up-to-date recommendations. Performance Contribution: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives and promotional events. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer-facing sales; prior jewelry experience is a strong advantage. Deep appreciation for jewelry design, materials, and value. Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to create memorable client experiences. A polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Proactive mindset with a commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Minimum qualification: High School diploma; additional certifications in Sales, Retail, or Gemology are a plus.
