Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an LTL/PTL Hub Manager located in Chennai. The LTL/PTL Hub Manager will oversee daily hub operations, ensure efficient handling of Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Partial Truckload (PTL) shipments, manage the staff, coordinate with various departments, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing the hub processes, and managing logistics technology tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Effective team management and leadership abilities
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
