Lounge Manager

Key Responsibilties Supervise daily café operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. Maintain a positive and energetic lounge atmosphere aligned with Kiosk Kaffee’s brand image. Train, motivate, and manage front-line staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute in-store promotions or events. Achieve sales targets and optimize lounge profitability through effective resource management.
