Loss Prevention Executive

Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for protecting the safety of guests, employees, and property assets. This role involves patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing security policies to minimize risks and prevent losses.

Responsibilities

• Patrol & Surveillance:

  Conduct regular

  foot patrols

  of all hotel areas (guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house) and actively monitor

  CCTV systems

  to detect and deter suspicious activity.

• Incident Response:

  Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents, emergencies (e.g., fire, medical), guest disturbances, and alarms, completing detailed and accurate

  incident reports

• Safety & Compliance:

  Enforce hotel safety and security policies, including key control procedures, staff bag checks, and ensuring adherence to fire safety and evacuation procedures.

• Access Control:

  Monitor and control access to restricted areas, loading docks, and staff entrances, verifying vendor and contractor credentials.

• Investigation:

  Conduct preliminary investigations into theft, vandalism, property damage, and internal control breaches, cooperating with management and law enforcement as needed.

• Guest Assistance:

  Assist guests and staff during emergencies and provide directions, while always maintaining a professional and vigilant presence.
