Loss Prevention Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Assistant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in loss prevention or a related field.

• Assist in developing and implementing effective loss prevention strategies to minimize losses.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Collaborate with security personnel to respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to stay informed about trends and best practices.
• Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and areas for improvement in loss prevention efforts.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on loss prevention procedures and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
• Proven experience in loss prevention or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and management principles is desirable.
