Loss Prevention Analyst

As a Customer Experience Specialist with 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting Relay Human Cloud's virtual audit and compliance operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring store activities, verifying reports, and assisting in investigations to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual and camera audits for stores. - Review incident reports, video requests, and operational data. - Maintain accurate records and reports in internal systems. - Support investigations and share daily shift reports. - Participate in team meetings and process improvement discussions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, operations, or compliance. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Outlook. - Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills. - Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.
