As a seasoned mortgage professional in US Mortgage Servicing with a passion for leading teams and solving complex challenges in Default and Active Servicing, Moder is looking for a strategic leader to join the team as a Director / Assistant Director in Loss Mitigation & Servicing. **Responsibilities:** - Strong people and processes orientation with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a leader in Default/Active Servicing, especially in Loss Mitigation - Successfully lead, manage, and develop a team of managers and staff across diverse processes in an operational environment - Direct day-to-day operations in Mortgage Servicing - Supervise Manager and Senior Manager - Operations overseeing shifts, teams, and service levels - Build and lead large teams across multiple clients - Ensure Customer SLAs, Productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Capacity Utilization, and control of related metrics - Handle multiple clients and manage contractual deliverables - Plan staffing, manage onboarding, training, and ramp up - Forecast staffing requirements, analyze market conditions, and solve complex problems - Develop and maintain procedure manuals, SOPs, and other process-related documents - Implement new solutions/practices to enhance operations - Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address any non-closures - Maintain control, direction, and motivation in a dynamic environment - Foster a seamless interface between the operations team and business partners/internal customers & stakeholders, especially in high-pressure scenarios - Minimum of 10-15 years of work experience in Mortgage Domain **Soft Skills:** - Excellent Communication skills - Analytical thinking and decision-making ability - Strong organization and planning skills with an analytical problem-solving approach **Why Join Moder ** - Work with a fast-growing, tech-forward outsourcing partner - Be part of a collaborative, people-first culture - Competitive compensation, career growth, and global exposure **Location:** WFO Based in Chennai **Shifts:** US Shift (Night),
