Pre-Sales Consultant BFSI (Mortgage) (Non-IT)

As a Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in the BFSI (Mortgage) sector at Moder, a tech-forward outsourcing company under Archwell Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement transformative business solutions within the US BFSI industry. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing current business processes across banking, lending, and mortgage servicing domains to drive value creation and enhance efficiency. Your expertise in US mortgage life cycle processes and transformation initiatives within banking and lending environments will be crucial for developing scalable solutions for various functions including lead generation, underwriting, loan processing, compliance, and quality assurance. By collaborating with sales executives, clients, and stakeholders, you will gather requirements and craft customized solution frameworks that adhere to US financial regulations. In this role, you will be expected to lead pre-sales engagements by presenting solution architectures and domain-specific proposals. Acting as a liaison between business teams and technical groups, you will translate functional needs into actionable deliverables, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between various stakeholders. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with at least 4 years dedicated to US Mortgage. Your proven track record in pre-sales solutioning for US clients, coupled with a solid understanding of US mortgage processes, will be critical for success in this role. Additionally, strong MS Office skills, proficiency in capability presentations, pitch decks, and proposals development, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities are essential. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies will be advantageous, while certifications such as Six Sigma and experience in digital transformation or operational excellence programs are preferred qualifications.
