Pre Sales-Insurance/BFSI (Non-IT)

As a strategic and domain-driven Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Specialist with expertise in the US Insurance industry, your role will involve designing and implementing transformative business solutions across commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits, and carrier ecosystems. You will be responsible for analyzing insurance operations, supporting the sales team in solution design, engaging with clients to understand challenges, and creating solution blueprints and process flows. You will also be involved in presenting insurance-specific solutions during pre-sales engagements and translating domain needs into functional specifications. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a focus on US insurance. Your experience in pre-sales solutioning for US Insurance clients, understanding of insurance processes, and skills in business process mapping and insurance analytics will be crucial. Proficiency in MS Office, capability presentations, and excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Six Sigma, experience in digital transformation or operational excellence programs, and exposure to tools like CRM, LOS, or core banking platforms from a non-technical perspective. Your ability to collaborate with product, delivery, and business teams, while demonstrating expertise in the Broker Value Chain, insurance operations, and regulatory landscapes, will be key in articulating value-driven solutions to enterprise clients in the US BFSI (Insurance) sector.,
