As a seasoned mortgage professional in US Mortgage Servicing, with a passion for leading teams and solving complex challenges in Default and Active Servicing, you have the opportunity to join Moder as a Director / Assistant Director of Loss Mitigation & Servicing. Moder is seeking a strategic leader to contribute to its growing team. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating strong people and processes orientation, addressing complex issues, and showcasing at least 5 years of experience as a leader in Default/Active Servicing, specifically in Loss Mitigation. You will be tasked with successfully leading, managing, and developing a team of managers and staff across various processes within an operational environment. Directing day-to-day operations in Mortgage Servicing, supervising Managers and Senior Managers, and building and leading large teams across multiple clients will be key aspects of your role. You will be responsible for ensuring Customer SLAs, Productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Capacity Utilization, planning, and control of all related metrics. Additionally, your role will involve handling multiple clients, managing contractual deliverables, planning staffing, onboarding, training, ramping up, forecasting staffing requirements, and developing new solutions to enhance operations. Maintaining audit requirements, controlling and motivating teams in a dynamic environment, and fostering seamless communication between operations teams and internal stakeholders are crucial aspects of this position. With a minimum of 10-15 years of work experience in the Mortgage Domain, you are expected to possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, decision-making ability, strong organization, planning skills, and the capacity to apply an analytical approach to problem-solving and solution identification.
