Role Description

This is a full-time job and our office is in Odhav, Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for daily tasks including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, doing field work and achieving sales targets. They will also be expected to identify and pursue new market opportunities, provide sales forecasts and reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify new opportunities
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting
• Relevant experience in the manpower industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
