We are facility management company based at Odhav, Ahmedabad dealing in to housekeeping, labor/manpower and security guard services across Gujarat.

Responsibilities

we are looking for experienced candidates who can manage below operations...

• Preparing invoices of all sites
• Preparing salary sheets of all workers
• Preparing and calculating EPF/ESIC/BONUS/Leave of all workers
• Preparing Bank sheet for salary disbursement
• Taking EPF/ESIC Numbers and Generating EPF/ESIC Challans / Payment Process.
• Coordinating with clients and staff for smooth process
• Apply On Line For Contract Labour License Process
• Leave Management Employees.
• PT Working & submission
• Handling Client communication & requirements.
• Handling Admin Work.
• F&F Working (Employee Final statements)
• Issuing relieving letter and Experience Letter.
• Process Employee’s PF UAN activation & ESIC IP number generated & KYC update.

Qualifications

Any Graduate/Undergraduate having good knowledge of Xls and Salary process (From Salary to EPF/ESIC) will be preferred.
