Looking for Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage manpower requirements received from international clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, recruitment agents, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with recruitment agents across different locations in India for sourcing and mobilization.
• Ensure proper shortlisting, screening, and trade testing as per client requirements.
• Handle complete documentation process including CVs, passports, medicals, offer letters, contracts, and visa-related documents.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, offer releases, visas, and mobilization schedules.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and overseas recruitment regulations.
• Support mobilization planning including medicals, PCC, visa stamping, and travel coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruitment partners across India.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in overseas recruitment (Gulf, Europe, Korea, etc. preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and mobilization processes.
• Experience coordinating with multiple recruitment agents and international clients.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Well-versed with documentation and visa processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and recruitment tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with technical & non-technical manpower recruitment.
• Prior experience in a licensed overseas recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of bulk hiring, trade testing, and project-based recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
