Looking For PMO -Consultant

Location : Bangalore , Pune

Experience : 4 to 7 Years 

Technical Skills: 

•Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira,and Azure DevOps (or similar). •Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop detailed project plans andmonitor key performance indicators.  Expertise in managing project changes, scope adjustments, and risk mitigation. •Behavioral Skills:  •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyinfluence and negotiate at all levels.   Strong leadership skills and innovative mindset; able to drive continuousimprovements and process optimizations.  •Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Proven ability towork collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders fromdiverse cultural backgrounds.  Ability to maintain executive presence in boardroom meetings and seniormanagement presentations.  •Experience with client interactions, business development, cost negotiation, andpre-sales activities for more senior roles is an added advantage. 

•Qualifications 

•Bachelordegree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, orrelated field. A master's degree is a plus. •Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record ofdelivering transformation projects in the technology sector. •Strong foundational knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience inapplying them to drive successful project outcomes. •Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate,guide, and mentor teams to achieve high performance.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexchallenges and deliver practical solutions. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability toengage effectively at all levels of the organization.
