Urgent Opening For PMO Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Outline the

1. Sourcing and selection of suppliers/service providers (both IT & non-IT), contract negotiation/renewal/management/governance; vendor performance and relationship management.

2. Project Management (PMO, VMO, FMO and BMO) activities to be taken care with due diligence as per the process.

3. Manage Procurement/Payment/Invoice Transaction services to ensure compliance to process and control guidelines.

4. Plan and manage daily Services Management activities to keep track and devise a good productivity, cost effectiveness and quality service to external & internal customers.

5. Maintain excellent working and professional relationship with existing and potential suppliers or service providers for the best prices and market information.

Invoice approval, budgetary control and management reporting. day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Key Accountabilities:

1. To enforce governance framework in Project Management (PMO, VMO, FMO and BMO).

2. To ensure excellent value for money in the supply of services and minimizing the Groups exposure to supply risks. To ensure value in Project management services provided.

3. To build and align outsourcing relationships with service providers in accordance to the policies and business goals of DBS, and to ensure that the objectives of the outsourcing initiatives are met along with project management.

4. To ensure that accuracy, timelines and integrity of all procurement and corporate services transactions are maintained at bank standards. Similar process for project management activities.

5. To foster relationships with and partner with Technology Units and other support units on business specific sourcing requirements. Similar process for project management activities.

6. To have Zero Ethical violations in all areas.
