Job Description

Role & responsibilities (In details will explain in the Interview Process)

Yield Analysis of Raw Material (Weekly & Monthly)
Master Sheet Preparation of Core and tracking Job card wise.
Actual Vs Standard Product Weight Variances.
BOM Validation for New Products and Running products as & when necessary, with the help of Engineering & Technical head.
Process wise Scrap Analysis.
Product Mix Variances & SBU wise Contribution Analysis (in terms of Consumption)
Time Studies for existing operations
Machine utilization & Efficiency Reports.
Computation of Mean Time Between Failures & reason wise analysis of breakdowns.
Verification of Production Entries in SAP
Product Costing & Discussions with Customer.
BOM Preparation and Validation in coordination with Engineering Dept,For various models.=
Inventory Management and Stock Reconciliation.
Maintenance of Cost records in adherence to cost accounting standards.
Manpower Efficiencies and Machine Utilization Analysis.
Variance Analysis
Plant Visits Quarterly
Reconciliation with Vendors/Customers
GST Returns, Reconciliation of GST returns in portal & our records.
Voucher Verification and Ledger Scrutiny.
GRC Reconciliation with help of Service Centre & with Customer
Monthly Stock Statements to Bankers
Discussion with Bankers regarding Credit Limits and other areas, helping financial controller in this regard.
Accounts Receivables/Payables
Monthly MIS pertaining to Product Wise Sale realization and Cost, Growth rate
Finalization of Accounts with help of Auditors.
