Job Description

Managing day-to-day store operations and ensuring the store is always well-organized and clean
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Setting and achieving sales targets
Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service
Ensuring high-quality display and presentation of jewelry
Managing inventory, including ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and conducting regular inventory audits
Appraising and purchasing jewelry from customers or suppliers
Advising customers on jewelry selection and care
Maintaining security within the store, including supervising the handling of merchandise and cash
Planning promotional events or sales to attract more customers
