Description We are seeking experienced Customer Support Professionals with a BPO background to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and will be equipped to handle a variety of customer inquiries effectively. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Skills and Qualifications 1-7 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a BPO environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
