1. Plan and execute annual maintenance schedules for machinery, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyse root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
3. Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
4. Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination for maintenance activities.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during maintenance work.
6. Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization measures.
7. Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets, CAPEX proposals, and project implementation.
8. Train and mentor maintenance staff for skill enhancement and safety awareness.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records, breakdown reports, and statutory compliance.
10. Lead and supervise all preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
11. Proficient in SAP, EXCEL, WORD and Internet.
