Job Description

Responsible for training our staff members involve in processes under the Finance departments, ensuring they are knowledgeable and proficient in their respective functional areas. This role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to identify training needs and develop effective training programs for Finance Processes.

1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members in the Finance Department related Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Financial data input activities.

2. Assess and Plan the training needs within the department, identifying knowledge gaps and skills deficiencies.

3. Conduct regular training sessions to new and existing staff members, ensuring that they can perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

4. Provide feedback to staff members on their performance during training sessions and monitor their progress throughout the training program.

5. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations, to support the training programs.

6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and strategies.

7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

8. Cooperate with the process, performance, and quality team on challenging status quo.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.

General knowledge/ Background:

1. 5+years of experience in training and development for Finance processes

2. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant Training & Development tools and technologies.
