Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage activities related to imports, exports, compliance, and regulatory documentation. The role involves coordination across multiple departments and preparation of timely reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end activities related to

  import and export shipments

  , including ADC clearances, other regulatory clearances, and associated documentation.
• Handle

  100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU)

  activities, ensuring compliance under IGCR rules and preparing monthly and quarterly reports along with MIS.
• Oversee

  drug licensing activities

  , including documentation, filing, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare

  consumption and utilization reports

  related to state excise requirements for Ethanol and Methanol.
• Provide documentation and support for applications and approvals related to

  DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade)

  .
• Process

  vendor payments

  and coordinate with the FRA team for timely query resolution.
• Segregate and manage

  IDPMS data

  for submission to the treasury team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
  
• Familiarity with DGFT, IGCR rules, and drug licensing procedures.
  
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and data management.
  
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Experience in vendor payment processing and handling financial queries is a plus.
