1. LSP Selection: Assess and choose logistics service providers based on their
performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. 2. Contracts & Frame Agreements: o Develop, negotiate, and oversee contracts and frame agreements with LSPs, securing advantageous terms. o Update all rate contracts annually to align with market trends and company needs. 4. LSP Management: o Supervise LSP operations, maintaining service levels and resolving any issues that arise. o Act as the primary contact for LSPs, facilitating communication and problem resolution. 5. Negotiation : o Lead negotiations with LSPs for optimal rates and service quality. 6. Transport Bill Approval: o Work with the central team to verify and approve transport bills for accuracy and contractual adherence. 7. Cost Control: Oversee logistics costs, implementing strategies to minimize expenses and enhance operational efficiency. 8. Support Warehouse: Assist warehouse operations in ensuring effective coordination with LSPs and the timely movement of goods.
