Since mining began in November 2007, the company has consistently strived to be the best merchant limestone company, continuously evolving and optimizing output through the use of advanced techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing logistics strategies: This includes optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory levels, and negotiating with suppliers and carriers. • Managing transportation: This involves selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery. • Overseeing warehousing and inventory management: This includes managing warehouse operations, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing storage costs. • Improving logistics processes: This involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Supervising logistics teams: This includes hiring, training, and managing logistics staff, as well as providing guidance and support. • Analyzing data and key performance indicators (KPIs): This involves monitoring logistics performance, identifying trends, and making data- driven decisions to improve operations. • Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
