Logistics Manager

As the Logistics Manager at the company, your role involves planning, programming, and supervising the activities of both direct and indirect employees responsible for shipping, receiving, and related support functions for specified customers. Your responsibilities include: - Providing direction and supervision to direct/indirect staff to ensure uninterrupted flow of traffic in and out of Jabil facilities. - Publishing reports on efficiencies and metrics for customer-specific operations to enable control, communication, and improvement opportunities. - Ensuring all internal and external quality requirements are met and implementing corrective action when necessary. - Participating in the development and support of quality, cost, and schedule conformance targets for customer-specific operations and communicating them to staff. - Coordinating the publication and dissemination of all customer-required documentation. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to have the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry. - Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to align with company's business goals and objectives. - Financial and analytical ability to manage business analytics and achieve optimum company footprint. - Knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes and global customs regimes. - Proven track record in change management, continuous productivity improvement, and cost reduction programs. - Effective communication skills and proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office products. Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials, or Supply Chain Management. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related area, or a combination of education, experience, and training.,
