Logistics Executive

As a Logistics Executive/Logistics Specialist, your role will involve managing logistics operations, including shipment planning, tracking, dispatches, and delivery coordination. You will be responsible for handling contract management with logistics partners, processing, verifying, and tracking logistics invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely approvals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing logistics operations such as shipment planning, tracking, dispatches, and delivery coordination. - Handling contract management with logistics partners, including reviewing terms, renewals, and compliance. - Processing, verifying, and tracking logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and timely approvals. - Working with internal teams (procurement, supply chain, finance) to ensure end-to-end operational alignment. - Maintaining records of freight contracts, rate cards, service agreements, and vendor documents. - Coordinating with transport vendors for pricing, billing clarification, and service-level compliance. - Monitoring logistics performance metrics and maintaining periodic reports. - Ensuring adherence to company policies, statutory guidelines, and operational SOPs. - Supporting process improvements in logistics operations and cost optimization. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Logistics/Contract Management/Invoicing. - Strong understanding of logistics workflows, vendor coordination, and freight billing. - Experience in contract handling and documentation. - Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
