Communication with Customers for PI /PO, LC Draft, Inspection Instruction / Inspection Certificate, Insurance Agency as per the LC, Etc.
Despatches of FG/RM/Scrap/Defectives to the Customer from the Factor, checking of transport bills.
Loading & Unloading of Goods, Making of Consignment Challan / E- way Bill etc, Rates of transportation charges to be scrutinized
Organizing the dispatch and delivery of stocks in coordination with the courier agency.
Communicating via mails and telephone to the customers as and when needed for various aspects.
Experience in Logistics, dispatched , Solve Transporter/Customers queries.
Maintaining proper documentation as per regulations.
