Key Responsibilities: 1. Last Mile Operations: Manage end-to-end last mile delivery operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimised routes. 2. Team Management: Lead and manage the team of delivery bikers, ensuring performance standards are met. Resolve team issues, conflicts, and provide continuous feedback for improvement. 3. Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Fleet Management: Take ownership of fleet management, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and operational at all times.
